About this pattern

Jane Eyre says it to Rochester when he tries to hold her, and it is one of the most defiant lines in Victorian fiction. Here it stands in blackletter built from meshes, beneath a pointed gothic window where an openwork bird takes flight from the rose, with an open cage below. A border of quatrefoils frames it, the corners filled with a diamond lattice.

The Epitaphs are four wall hangings with quotes from classic gothic literature, set in a blackletter alphabet built from meshes: every thick stroke is 2 meshes, every thin one 1 mesh. Each hanging has a different edging, so together they teach step by step. All four are also available as a set.

This is a beta pattern: the chart has been checked, but the hanging hasn't been made yet. If anything needs fixing, the corrected version reaches you for free through your download link.
