About this pattern
The shawl grows from a single mesh at the tip to a straight top edge 301 meshes wide. Every row adds one mesh at each end, and the motifs come only from where you fill the meshes, so there are no special stitches to learn.
It is made for cotton crochet thread and a 1.5 mm hook, which gives a light, fine lace that drapes well over the shoulders.
