About this pattern
The cloth is worked in rows from the bottom edge, and every row has the same 301 meshes, so there are no increases or decreases to keep track of. It uses classic filet meshes with two chains and nothing else: the flowers come only from where you fill the meshes.
When the body is done, two rounds of flat shells frame it. The pattern gives the exact stitch count for every side and tells you how to check that the border lies flat.
